LESSON OF THE DAY 922

Ayahs of the Day:
Believers, be conscious of God, and speak in accurate terms, so God may make your actions sound and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys God and the messenger of God has already attained great success. [33: 70,71]

Hadith of the Day:
A believer will not be able to perfect his faith unless he forsakes arguing and debating matters with others. [Ibn Abi Dunya]

Wise Quote of the Day:
Insight is in accord with the strength of belief: whoever has strong belief is also strong in insight. [al-Qushayri]

Guidance of the Day:
Focus achieves results in our lives. That is why we need a life principle. It brings focus to our lives. Crystallize your purpose. Human thought is creative. What you think, becomes. What you allow to occupy your mind forms the reality of your life and affects the whole world for generations to come. Thought determines action. Before too long, you will be living out what has already happened in your mind. Good or bad, everything happens in your mind before it happens in reality. If you can control what happens in your mind, you can control every action of your life.

Thought determines action. The actions of our lives are determined by our last, most dominant thoughts. What is your most dominant thought? The answer to that question will tell you a lot about who you are and what you are doing with your life. The thought principle is "Thought determined action." It's funny thing about life; if you refuse to accept anything but the best, you very often get it. [Kelly, The Rhythm of Life]

Food for Thought:
It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare, it is because we do not dare that they are difficult. Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go. Taking risks gives us energy. Without risk, faith is an impossibility.
